• Account data — name, email address, and authentication credentials managed by Clerk.
• Billing data — payment method and transaction history managed by Stripe. We never store full card numbers.
• Usage data — generation counts, feature usage, and session metadata used to enforce rate limits and improve the Service.
• Input data — the product, benefit, audience, and offer fields you enter when generating blueprints. This data is sent to Anthropic's API to produce your output and is not stored long-term by EcomAdHooks.

We use your data to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Service
• Process subscription payments and manage your billing
• Enforce rate limits and prevent abuse
• Send transactional emails (receipts, subscription notices)
• Respond to support requests

We do not sell your data to third parties and do not use it for advertising purposes.

EcomAdHooks uses the following third-party processors, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• Clerk — authentication and user management
• Stripe — payment processing
• Anthropic — AI generation (input data is processed per Anthropic's API terms)
• Upstash — rate limiting (IP-based, no personal data stored)
• Vercel — hosting and infrastructure

Account and billing data is retained for the duration of your subscription and for up to 90 days after cancellation for legal and accounting purposes. Generation input data is not persistently stored by EcomAdHooks beyond the active request lifecycle.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, email us at support@ecomadhooks.com. We will respond within 30 days.

We use only functional cookies necessary for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure credential storage via Clerk, and PCI-compliant payment processing via Stripe. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; use the Service at your own risk.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
