Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the current billing period and does not renew. You will not be charged again after cancellation.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing portal at Dashboard → Billing → Manage Subscription. Cancellation is immediate and no further charges will be made. Your access remains active until the period you paid for expires.

Exceptions

We handle exceptions on a case-by-case basis. If you experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using the Service during your billing period, contact us within 7 days at support@ecomadhooks.com and we will review the situation. We do not guarantee refunds in any case but will make reasonable efforts to resolve legitimate issues.

Duplicate Charges

If you were charged in error or notice a duplicate charge, email us at support@ecomadhooks.com with your billing email and transaction ID. We will resolve confirmed duplicate charges promptly.
