By accessing or using EcomAdHooks ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement to use the Service. By using EcomAdHooks, you represent that these conditions are met.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@ecomadhooks.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

EcomAdHooks is offered on a monthly subscription basis at $30/month. Your subscription renews automatically each billing cycle. You may cancel at any time through your billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is deceptive, defamatory, or illegal
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell output at scale without authorisation
• Circumvent rate limits or access controls
• Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights

You retain ownership of all input data you provide. The AI-generated creative blueprints produced by the Service are yours to use commercially. EcomAdHooks retains all rights in the Service itself, including its models, interfaces, and underlying software.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EcomAdHooks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you in any month shall not exceed the subscription fee paid in that month.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and discontinuing use.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.
